How do I sign up?
What do you charge for pick up and delivery wash and fold?
Pricing couldn’t be easier. Regular customers are charged $2.39 per pound of clothes and “on Demand” the charge is $2.59 per pound. We also clean comforters, pillows, and sleeping bags. Please refer to our pricing page.
Is there a delivery charge?
There are no pickup or delivery fees.
Is there a minimum charge?
There is a minimum charge of $30 for any pickup order.
How much does an average order cost?
$30 to $60
How will I be billed?
Your credit or debit card will be charged directly or you can pay by cash. You will receive a detailed invoice by email.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What is your turnaround?
99% of our orders are completed within 24 hours. There may be exceptions to the 24 hour service but we will notify you if this is the case.
I missed my pick up day. Is there a missed pickup fee?
You will receive an email reminder for pickups. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out, we do reserve the right to charge a $10 missed pickup fee to cover costs.
What is Ozone and Sanityzer?
We are one of the few laundromats in California that have an Ozone system for some of our washers. Ozone (active oxygen) is infused into the wash and has many benefits such as sanitizing the clothes and helping clothes to smell better. To read more click here.
Do you do dry cleaning?
No. We specialize and focus on regular laundry. Dry cleaning is a completely different production operation.
Do you serve my area?
We currently serve most of the San Gabriel Valley and Glendale. Visit our service areas page and enter your zip code to see if we service your location.
Do I call each time I need laundry service?
No. You can login into your online account and request on demand pick up service or you can schedule a regular pick up and delivery schedule which is less expensive than the on demand service.
Is there a contract or or long term commitment?
None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.
How often can I change or update my laundry profile?
As often as you like.
What if I’m not home when you pick up and deliver?
No problem. Just leave the laundry somewhere we can access it and then log into your account and edit your Pickup/Delivery instructions. Many customers have us leave their laundry at their back door or in foyer if they are not home. Whenever possible, please select a drop-off site that’s protected from the elements.
I forgot to leave my laundry out of pick up day. What should I do?

Could you pick up and deliver to my place of work?
Most certainly! Just provide us with pick up and delivery instructions.
Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customer’s clothes?
No. We wash and dry all of our customer’s laundry individually in separate machines.
Do you treat stains?
Yes. Please place all special pieces in a separate bag with instructions. While we’re successful in getting out many stains, some are out of our capability of removing.
Laundromat FAQ’s
What are your hours?
We are open from 6am to 10:30pm, seven days a week. You can start a new wash as late as 9pm and can stay to dry and fold as late as 10:30pm. Drop off wash and fold customers can drop off and pick up from 6am to 9pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
What if I need assistance with a washer, dryer or getting a laundry card?
We always have at least one experienced and helpful laundry attendant onsite. Employees and owners are there to assist you with anything you need.
What is LaundryCard?
Our machines do not use quarters or coins. You will get a re-usable laundry card that at no charge that you can add value to from $1.00 to as much as you need. You can add value to the laundry card with cash or with credit/debit cards. There is a minimum transaction amount of $10 for credit/debit transactions. If you add $20 at one transaction, you will receive an additional $1.50 bonus.

Do you have WIFI?
Yes, we have very good WIFI available to our customers.
What size washers and dryers to you have?
We have 56 washers and almost 60 dryers so there is plenty of equipment even during our busy times. Our washers are from two to eight load (20lbs. to 75lbs.) washers. We have regular sized (30lbs.) and larger (45lbs.) dryers.
How is parking?
There is street parking right in front of the store on the north side of Colorado Blvd and plenty more parking behind the store. Turn right into the parking lot just as you pass the laundry on the north side. The rear parking lot is well lit and safe.
When is last load?
Last washer can be started as late as 9pm.
How long have you been in business?
Pasadena Laundry opened in 2004. We expanded the laundromat in 2013 and upgraded the entire facility.
Wash and Fold
What do you charge for drop off wash and fold?
If you drop off your clothes to the laundromat for fluff and fold service, the charge is $1.50 per pound of clothes and $1.65 if you want your clothes washed with Ozone. There is a minimum charge of $15 per order. These charges include all detergents and hangers as needed. We also clean comforters, pillows, and sleeping bags. Please refer to our pricing page.
What is your turnaround?
99% of our orders are completed within 24 hours. Same day turnaround is usually available on orders dropped off by 10am. On occasion, we are extra busy and may not be able to turn around same day.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash or credit/debit cards. No checks.
Do you do dry cleaning?
No. We specialize in providing the highest quality Fluff and Fold services and dry cleaning is a completely different production operation.
Do you offer detergents with no fragrances and perfumes?
Yes, we offer Free and Clear detergents at no additional charge.
Will you wash clothes with special instructions.
Yes, we can usually accommodate most special requests.
